Wait, did Aoi always have such freakishly thin legs?

I don't think so? She was always awfully thin, but I would remember if she looked this freaky.
I think it's just the one weirdly drawn image.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."Oga jumping on the bodyguard job was hilarious.
Well, it is 15 bucks per hour.
I liked the contrived coincidences that made sure everyone was on the beach at the same time. Also, everyone seems to be getting along pretty fine by now. Nice that the character development wasn't reversed.
Yay, more Beelzebub! I really wish this was back as a weekly manga now that it's gone more back to the gag route. I think it did well with the fighting direction but got worse at it as time went on.
I liked this chapter, plenty of the moments I enjoy in Beelzebub. I'm just a little miffed that things aren't continued from the end, and everything's back to the old designs.
Beelzebub was always at it best as gag manga. Good to see it being back to that.
Lot's could have happened in those two years that epilogue skips past. I think Bangai Hen will cover that before Tamura brings the series back to weekly publishing (As he said in a recent interview) and then follow up from that.
Is it weird that I'm more interested in Yuka's swimsuit than Hilda's?
Her and Nene.

You disgust me.
I always got a kick out of Yuka's character for some reason. I really liked her voice in the anime.
I had to look up who that was. I only know her by Pako (although apparently that's meant to be written as Paa-ko, whatever) but she's one of my favourites.
I had to look up her name. I always knew her as that yankee chick.
Also, is that a BG 2040 avatar I see?
Indeed it is, I recently picked up the complete collection. It had been more than ten years since I watched any of it.
Heh. How long had it been since you watched BGC 2033?
Never watched it.
YOU ARE NOT A TRUE BUBBLEGUM CRISIS FAN.
Good day sir. I said good day.
(In all seriousness, I highly recommend it. I mean, I don't think it's that GOOD, but nostalgia goggles and all that).

But I can't have nostalgia for something never released in my country as a child.
Not with that attitude you can't.
"Canada Day is over, and now begins the endless dark of the Canada Night."Gosh, this chapter made me realize just how much I missed the world conspiring against Furuichi. Him summoning Jabberwock was just the icing on the hilarity cake.
Glad to see the whole gang back together so soon. Plus, its great that the Saint crew and the pillar squad demons are getting some love too.
Does anyone have the source of that interview re: Beelzebub being brought back to weekly?
Because if it is coming back then I also can totally see this series covering events up until graduation/Oga getting saddled with Beel's sister.
Bonus chapter 3.
What's with the Life of Pi reference?
Hilarious as always.
That's one place to hide fish Hilda.
Demonic Island that eats people... aren't people too small o feed an island?
When in doubt let the baby grow gigantic.
I enjoy those short stories very much.
I missed the reference.
The entire island is basically copy pasted from Life of Pi, right up to finding human teeth inside of plant life. A coconut here, something or other in Life of Pi.
Souls actually contain a metric ton of calories.
Side chapter out. The author finally remembered Athrun, it seems. Though none of the actual characters do. Which is a joke in itself, well done there, I suppose.

Second chapter of Bangai Hen is out:
This was as hilarious as ever. Good to know Tamura didn't lost his touch.
Gang all complete again, and jokes are flying left and right.
Hilda in bikini... I'll be in my bunk.
"He's paying me 15$ per hour." Oh Oga, never change.
It looks like this time we actually get some longer plot-line, excellent.
I so wish this was weekly again.
