What, you mean play through the forum? Why not just use YVD?
Maybe set up a special IRC channel or something, I dunno.

In the event of a firestorm, the salad bar will remain open.Uh... you know you could just bump the old thread right?
Yes, but then he wouldn't be Nick The Swing.
I activate Enchanted Fitting Room, and use it to summon three Thousand Eyes idols. Now that my life points are lower, I use Megamorph on all of then, doubling their attack! Bwahahahaha... oh, wait.
Add me on Skype: Al Cook (darnpenguin)I assume it's a no-Exodia rule?
BTW, if you ever want a YGO game, feel free to hit me up, I can get YVD installed pretty easily, or we can just play via PM/MSN
"Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen."alright, I would like to play some time.
Yeah, no Exodia FTK's. You gotta shuffle and all that. It will be like the MTG thread, but with yugioh.

The sad, REAL American dichotomyGod-cards?
I always wanted to get into the YVD circuit, but didn't know how.
Troper PageAll it takes is a free download of YVD and an IRC chat program. YVD comes with one built-in, but personally, I prefer Mibbit. You'll also need to register your nickname, which is only marginally more involved than setting up a forum account: once you've changed your username with "/nick YOURNAMEHERE", type "/ns register YOURPASSWORD YOUR@EMAILADDRESS.COM". Assuming all went well, you'll have a confirmation code sent to your email address. Just copy and paste that into chat, and you're done.
From then on, once you change your nickname to your registered nickname, you'll have a minute to type "/ns identify YOURPASSWORD". Or you can set up an account on Mibbit, save the #YVD channel settings, and it'll log you in automatically.
In the event of a firestorm, the salad bar will remain open.I'm sorry, what's YVD?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyYu-Gi-Oh! Virtual Dueling (originally Yu-Gi-Oh! Virtual Desktop). It's an app for playing Yu-Gi-Oh! online, over the Internet. It's pretty freeform: rules are enforced by the players, not the program. Think of it as a virtual tabletop and deck. Bonus points: it's free and you don't have to worry about buying virtual boosters.
In the event of a firestorm, the salad bar will remain open. So, I've got a pair of decklists, but not the cards themselves. If I played someone on this, that wouldn't matter, right? I'd just be able to construct and test out those decks?
The sad, REAL American dichotomyRight. And they're upgrading the card lists for each new expansion, so just download the new lists as they come out. There's even a function built into the newest versions that does so automatically.
In the event of a firestorm, the salad bar will remain open.anyone have any ideas for moderately spashable WIND monsters? (preferably low level/easily summoned)
The sad, REAL American dichotomyUhm, uhh, I got nothing.
Yeah, I will look into those programs.
