I've always loved the atmosphere of Spoony's videos. It's hard to put into words, but "secluded" is the best way explain the feeling I get.

For starters, Noah films 99% of his videos at home, surrounded by shelves full of boxes and books of pure 80s/90s obscurity. Old PC games, roleplaying materials, it's nostalgia for me. That and the fact that he's put out so few videos a year, at least compared to most popular reviewers, since 2007. It leaves you wanting more from the guy.

As I said earlier in this thread, I wish he would re-visit FMV hell because there's still a few interesting things like the X-Files FMV game and the 7th Guest sequels he hasn't done yet(along with a slew of budget titles that came about when FMV tech become cheap and most P Cs could run said games)

I loved the new Nightmare review. The BAITKEEPER had me rolling around in fits.

Spoony was considering doing a Wrestle! Wrestle! on Survivor Series last night and RAW tonight, but he's having second thoughts after his Twitter feed blew up again last night.

Maybe he should stop saying confrontational shit on a large Twitter account if he doesn't like backlash.

I don't think that line of thinking helps anybody.

And the only reason people started attacking him is because he's not at all excited for a wrestler's debut last night. That is some petty shit to get angry over.

You can voice opinions without being a confrontational dick about it(which he has a bad habit of doing).

I agree that's a pretty shitty reason to be pissed at him though.

THEY attacked HIM, all he said was his opinion of the Survivor Series main event.

And continued to blame Spoony for their shitty behavior.

I said he has a habit of doing that, I didn't say he did it this time.

Wasn't he supposed to stop using Twitter, anyhow? I mean, obviously he's well in his rights to back up on that plan, but I think he had the right of it when he made the call.

Hated the wrestling blogs when they started. Ironically, I like them better than the rest of his output now.

I do not like wrestling, but it is funny to talk about the dysfunctionality of the industry, like with most pro sports.

Just watched Spoony's new Wrestle! Wrestle! I think I might be the only person here who likes these..

Anyways Spoony make some valid points, mostly about Sting bein' an oldie ( 6 years older than the Undertaker), and how the main event made Dolph Ziggler look weak instead of strong.

Also he got A LOT of heat on Twitter for his opinions.

Hardcore Wrestling Fans sometimes scare me with how seriously they take it.

Gee just like Pokemon fans. Or Justin. Bieber fans. Or any fans for that matter. -_-

I'll give you the JB, but I've never seen a collective of Pokemon fans attack someone en masse for disagreeing with them.

I arbitrarily picked two very different fandoms to illustrate my point.

I actually had a copy of the original game....only played it once to my memory. don't remember what happened on that game nor what happened to the game itself....

It really is amazing how many Gatekeeper clips exist that included dialogue that Spoony could use to kludge together a conversation.
