I love the artstyle of jojos bizzare adventure. So fucking manly.

Is thier any good bleach abridged series? Talking about JBA reminded me of its abridged series and now I wanna see a bleach one.

A few. None of them really got very far off the ground though. Very rare for one to even reach to SS arc.

I learned about this recently but haven't gotten around to reading it.

Sorry I've been away so long. All the new people mean a lot of new friends to make. Last time I was here, you guys asked about the new Quincy, specifically As Nodt. Sorry, I the mask would've tipped you off. Kubo was lucky to get us a featured actor. Tony had just got out of a role where he was powerful, but didn't actually do any fighting, and wanted to change it up a bit. Kubo saw him in the supermarket, expressed interest in channeling his famous role, and things worked out.

I'm reading it. Its a little funny. There's some good bits.

Edit: Hah, Tsukishima is getting name dropped a lot. He apparently helped found all of Soul Society and helped Kubo write Bleach.

It wasn't said they were above any Captain. And since "Captain-level" is such a ridiculously wide gulf, there isn't any contradiction for strong Captains to win.

I've learned to stop looking for logic in the things those that say Bleach has no logic say.

In series, they basically said "ten Vasto Lordes" could wipe the shit out of all of Soul Society, IIRC. So you'd think 3 characters that were powered up from Vasto Lordes, plus their underlings, plus the Traitor Trio, would have actually had at least one casualty against what was functionally... 10 captains and some lieutenants, right?

"Ten Vasto Lords could destroy all of Soul Society... provided we weren't actually there to, you know, defend it."

Yup

So by "destroy", they mean "hold a wild party while the Shinigami 'parents' are out of town, in", right?

@Wander, Toshiro meant 10 Vasto Lorde-turned-Arrancar would be enough for Aizen to wipe out SS. He wasn't far off since the Top 3, Tousen, Aizen, Gin and WW were enough to beat SS' military.

Funny how Enlightenment also comes with a firm grip on the Idiot Ball, at least compared to where he was before.

Gin didn't do much sides take Hiyori out but I guess he was more effective than Tosen who only critically injured the worf tank.

I like how the Narita novel lampshades it by having Aizen say "my mind was in such chaos".

Yeah with 10 VL that would make it 13 Captain level against 10 Captain level. You do the math.

Aizen didn't really do anything stupid in his Hogyoku form. Well, except maybe not using Bankai but since we have no idea what that is we can't really call him stupid.

You're forgetting that SS didn't have a full roster of captains at the time, Saiga. And Hitsu was probably factoring Gin, Tousen and Aizen into him calculations.

What... no I'm not.

13 on Aizen's side versus 10 on SS. I guess I should have been clearer now that I can see that it could also look like I'm saying 10 VL vs 13 Captains.

Its kind of funny that the Vandenreich have caused more casualties than the Espada or even Aizen did.
