I think it's pretty clear. These are the "heroes" of any "Penthouse Letter".

The current description is just about a Casanova that is related to " lemon fics".And doesn't explain how that character is a Marty Stu beyond being for "horny teens".
The lack of examples make this trope a lot more confusing
