Before anyone posts anything, I think we should make it clear Creepy Child shouldn't be "insane demonic possessed child" either. So, no Regan's or Samara's or anything.
Anyhow, the sisters from the Shining immediately pop into mind when I think of creepy kids.
ETA: Eh-heh...I meant to do that.

Should or shouldn't?
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickHonestly, not a bad choice. It's better than what's up there now.

Belief or disbelief rests with you.Probably it would be better to avoid the most exaggerated portrayals, it could give the wrong idea that the less extreme ones are not examples of the trope.
That's probably a good idea. Disaster girl is actually a pretty good choice from that point of view. Bievbier or however you spell it is too much of a Take That!.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickOK, then, disaster girl works for me, too.
Belief or disbelief rests with you.If disaster girl is the girl grinning at the fire, then she gets my vote as well.
Disaster Girl wasn't the image on this page originally? She really was the first person that came to mind when looking at this trope.
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction. No, she was on Girl Scouts Are Evil, but she really is a much better image for this page.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickNone from my side.
"Your kindness gives me the presentiment I can be reborn. Now, I want to believe at least in you." - Kaori YaeI personally don’t like the disaster girl picture. My dislike is actually strong enough to overcome my laziness and register. As far as I know it is the picture of a real girl in a real life situation. (Correct me if I am wrong.) This leads to several problems. 1. As long as there is no problem to find a fitting picture in media there is no reason to use a real life picture. This is a trope which can be good shown in a picture and there is no lack of creepy children in media. Therefore finding a good page image should not be too hard. 2. It is a real little girl!!! Using the picture of a person in a real life situation in a neutral or positive trope is OK. But using the picture of a real little girl on the creepy child page is just mean.
If you think you can find a better picture, I recommend bringing one to the thread.
Fight smart, not fair. That pic has been in a demotivator about Girl Scouts for years now which is even harsher than the mere implication made by the pic alone; I see no problem with purloining for this page.

The first time I saw this picture in the girl scout discussion it was already decided to remove it. So I didn't say anything. But I think, that doing something morally questionable for a long time is not a justification for not stopping it. Just because it is some stupid meme used by everybody doesn’t mean it is OK to join this bullying of a little girl. Would anybody here like to see the face of their child/younger sibling/ cousin, or some other innocent child they know on this page?
Some pictures I found after five minutes of searching. I hope I am doing it right: Wednesday addams◊ shining twins◊ omen◊ omenII◊ creepy advertising

No one is bullying her. She's not Star Wars Kid. I see no problem with the photo.
Save for the creepy advertising, those are all definitive examples of Just A Face And A Caption and really don't describe the trope unless you are familiar with the source material. And the creepy girl I'm pretty sure we're already using on another page.
You are displaying abnormally high compulsions to over-analyze works of fiction and media. Diagnosis: TV Tropes Addiction.@helterskelter Imagine following situation: Someone takes a picture of a little girl and puts the caption “evil” or “creepy” on it. This picture is put everywhere, in school, on the streets, in the library ,on the playground, in shopping centers… all the places this little girl or people knowing her visit. I would call the people distributing this picture bullies. How would you call them?
Her name is Zoe. She's not being bullied. She thinks it's pretty cool. The photographer took another picture of her years later. She's holding a copy of the photo and grinning. She's a minor celebrity. She's not being bullied. Know Your Meme did a piece on her.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickI disagree that those pictures are JAFAAC. Yes, literally, they are just a face. But, the spirit of the JAFAAC problem is when an image doesn't make sense to people who aren't familiar with the character. The children depicted look creepy. (Maybe not so much The Shining twins, that is a more solid case of JAF.) I like Wednesday but would somewhat prefer an image from the TV show instead of Christina Ricci, who looks less creepy-looking (imo) than the original Wednesday.
edit: Also, I think disaster girl is good, just saying, I disagree that the other suggestions should be dismissed, they are good too.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.

I know that there are better pictures of children being creepy than a relatively normal looking girl holding a normal looking doll.
