It's for Gudao. It's from Jack. Hence 'for mother' or w/e. Cuz she sees her Master as her mother.

Apparently the one with the red/blue/yellow roses is Bryn's. It just got lost in the Saber chocos for some reason. The other extra one (white heart with flowers everywhere) is just the new Nero Bride's.
