I recently watched "The Unearthly". Not really the best episode. The riffing's pretty slow, especially at the beginning. But it was sort of enjoyable. And I will never think of the word "things" the same way again.

I've watched Space Mutiny and Thepew Mayman, and I've got Outlaw of Gor on YT in another tab.

I think I'm falling in love waii Why didn't this ever get exported to the UK?

[up]Rights issues. Same reason only a smidgeon of episodes can be released at a time.

[up]Sort of like how QI can't get broadcast Stateside because it would take too long to clear copyright on all the stock photos they use on the screens.

optimusjamie, it did get aired in the UK, albeit briefly, on Sci-Fi UK way back in '97. Not sure how long it stayed on or how many episodes aired, but I'd wager not long and not many.

And yeah, the rights issues stopped it from going much farther anywhere, unfortunately. Still, I'm amazed at how well Shout Factory's done in getting the rights to some of the more obscure films, as well as some of the big studio flicks.

Films i wish MST 3 K could have done: Rock & Roll Nightmare

Eliminators

The Dungeonmaster

Any Slasher film (good picks could be The Initiation, Chopping Mall, and Sleepaway Camp 2, the latter just because its got yet another lesser Estevez, in this case, Renee Estevez)

An animated film (good picks could be Starchaser, American Rabbit, and Rome-o and Julie-8)

BMX Bandits (first film of Nicole Kidman!)

Crippled Masters

Godzilla vs Gigan

RE: animated films. I wish they did Pinocchio in Outer Space.

RE: other Japanese films. I wish they did the two Gamera films that weren’t distributed by Sandy Frank, especially the one with the two kids piloting a little ship, Fantastic Voyage-style, inside Gamera!

Might as well pimp that Incognito Cinema Warriors is putting their entire Season 2 onto Youtube for the month of February. It's like MST 3 K, but with Zombies.

I Accuse My Parents was the first one I saw and still one of my favorites.

Shame that there's so damn few on Netflix and Youtube's so damn buggy on anything that's not a PC, because I still haven't seen classics like Manos and Space Mutiny yet.

Man, I am so confused right now. I'm watching Teenagers from Outer Space and it's not the movie I thought it was. This is the film where aliens are plotting to use Earth as grazing land for monster space-lobsters...I thought it was the movie where a gang of alien greasers move next door to some girl, plotting on poisoning the water supply. I just went over the whole list of films they did on the show, and I can't find the one I'm thinking of.
