I was assuming it was Miho noticing that her character-role has returned to her, Kimiko having relinquished it, but that could be it as well. Possibly the character-playing linked them (i.e. Kimiko-as-"Miho" just got her ass grabbed, so the real Miho feels it, or something of that sort).
I wonder how that lava room really looked like, a shame there isn't a color version.

Update. Yep, Miho can definitely feel Piro having sex. Or maybe it's Kimiko she's feeling. Either way, we might be heading into a sitcom plot where she interrupts them; hopefully not.
Update. I'm thinking Miho won't interrupt them, but she definitely wants to talk to Piro.

I'm not sure that Ping's creators necessarily thought that far. Plus would Ping even be still compatible with the DLC model? As far as I remember, when she first came out in-universe, expansions were the thing.
The decision trees say "DLC may be required."
Update. Turns out that despite the fact that sex is Ping's choice, she doesn't actually know anything about sex. She never bothered to look it up in her files and realize it wasn't there.
So, "The Foxhole" is totally the love hotel Piro and Kimiko wound up in, yes?

Junpei's sister is a little cruel. Not unjustifiably so, but still, she slut-shames Komugi and then hogties her daughter.
So what's the "old story" being referenced here? Something happen between the Himeji kitsune clan and the ninja clan in the past?
Also, all signs point to both Ping and Miho showing up at the Foxhole on top of Piro and Kimiko. This is going to be an absolute disaster, isn't it?
