Kept reading it more and you'd know about French intervention in parts of West and Central Africa with Burkina Faso, just like what happened in Chad and the other Sahel countries. Basically, it hits home as the DGSE wants something from those who had knowledge/involvment in the coups in BF.

Looks like the newest chapter dropped when we weren't looking.
Le Majeur is here to stay. As recompense for the whole hooplah with her unit, Balalaika drafted her to be Hotel Moscow's independent hitman, kinda like what Shenhua is doing for the Triads. She stated a part of it is due to Majeur's outstanding combat record, being able to kill two and wound several more vysotniki. (the last time an outsider pulled that off, it was Hansel & Gretel - and the two of them got a drop on a defenseless guy rather than killed them in action) Revy offers her a place to stay at the Lagoon offices. Seems like Majeur is quick to call her "Sis" now - and it seems like Rock is rubbing off Revy just as much as she is rubbing off him.
She's confirmed to be Japanese rather than Asian-French, though we don't get her real name. Dutch is all but stated to be La Mouche - and it looks like the next arc will be about Benny.

Majeur likely went to France many years before the DGSE recruited her. So she could be Japanese-French.
