The reason we can't have an image with a copyright symbol on our page is that it makes it look like WE are claiming ownership of the copyright. That does fall afoul of fair use laws.
Plus I don't get how the Magic card works. Where's the indication that the guy is blowing things up? Where's the enjoyment? All I see a guy running from an explosion.

As to claiming ownership, if a copyright symbol says (c)Joe Smith, unless this wiki is also known by "Joe Smith", I don't see how that can possibly be construed as us claiming ownership of the image.
