Is she like an angel from Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-chan, and the crown is her halo?

Now THERE'S a series bound to send Tats into a seizure.
I have no idea where this storyline is going. Is this some kind of Super Saiyan form and is she going to start shooting freedom beams at people?
Nor do I.
You know, I made the "beautiful unicorns" joke a lot.... but I didn't expect him to take it seriously!
You know better than to joke like that! You know Tats is watching us to steal ideas!
I just picture Death having a "What the bloody hell is going on here?" face, because that's what my expression is.
I feels teh shame.
(But not really )
Would have been funnier if she actually talked to death during the ordeal. To steal my favorite author.
"You are having a near death experience, so I must have a near Vimes experience, don't worry, I brought a book, go about your business."
Wait. In the last two panels, she appears to be putting on and then wearing her crown backwards.
But maybe the nonstop madcap action is confusing me ...
She's not putting it backwards, she's wearing it like a headband.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Wearing it like a headband is backwards. The Statue of Liberty wears hers like a tiara. It looks as though Ms. Lib is wearing her crown oriented like an upside-down tiara, pulled back.
Meanwhile ... Slick? Tess? Clio? Xanthe? Vainglorious? Fuchsia? Crim? Sally the Hooker? Blue? Squig? Heck, even Li'l E and Tange and Seymour and Pyro?
The angle of the spikes is just inconsistent. When the crown is off they look almost perpendicular to the band, but when she's wearing it they stick straight out.
This. Thank you.
Ah, those were the days ...
And there's a more profound message there than in any of the recent "message" strips, too.

Positivity works so much better than negativity.
I think it's hilarious that Tats só strongly tried to make us believe Liberty's dead - seeing her wounds and her hour glass, how Death's coming for her, the grim Sunday comic literally implying 'Liberty's dead', and finally by starting off her background story, the ultimate 'goodbye' move... and then she just gets up, saying 'I got bettah!'. All the build-up... for nothing! An entire week of comics... totally pointless!
Okay, not that THAT's new with this comic .
Now I want them to enact this scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBxMPqxJGqI
I don't get it.
Welcome to Estalia, gentlemen.Tats please, you won't kill Liberty, stop wasting your and our time.
Death: Not so fast, I was told that someone was to die here and I still need to collect.
(Looks around)
Death: Oh wait! Found a dead person.
(Pulls out guard, the helmet comes off and it turns out he's black.)
Death: Tsk-tsk. Yet another black life taken away by the freaking U.S. Government...Oh well! As you were, ladies! I'm off!
Why do I get the distinct feeling the next one will end like that?
Nah it won't be that. Black Cops don't exist in Tat's Dystopia.
I'm much rather everyone involved to take a Valflame to the face.
