Blue, you instill some hope in the general competence of the bad guys in this strip. Since the Devil is off doing God knows what, (haha, that was funnier than 90% of Tats' material these days) it's up to you to try to prevent Devil Corp from collapsing due to sheer stupidity.
Am I the only one starting to get annoyed by Vainglorius' little suck up? I can only assume he's supposed to be serving as the old Lil'E to Vainglorius' The Devil.

In any other comic, previous time we saw blue and this strip would have been back-to-back.
Not in Sinfest! We had 10 fillers to reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa- inhale -aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally drag this whole story line out.
So, how many fillers you people think we get next? My guess is that next comic for this story line appears somewhere in November.

Honestly, I couldn't be less impressed by this guy. He's literally done nothing of note and just obsesses over his artwork. A towel soaked in holy water would be a bigger threat, because that at least could hurt the Devil.

He's able to somehow walk around in the Reality Zone without getting burned. One of his (relatively) better moments, since he as noted did something, and was a trolling jerk in the process.

I'd have to argue against THAT moment being one of Vainglorius' "better" moments. The whole thing was just a dark, stoic, badass showing off new uber powers that even The Devil himself doesn't have that by all accounts SHOULDN'T WORK.
It was a standard establishing moment for a gary stu.
