My bet is that it's a cross-site scripting exploit from an ad that triggered that warning. I'd send off an email to the webmaster and let them know what's going on.

So... what happened? The site mostly loaded (I'd in fact juuust read the whole comic before it crashed), and then the page changed to that.

Not one of my favorites. I generally like the ones which involve neutral characters or the mostly-reformed devil girl. Except the pig or the cat & dog; I don't like them.

Pretty sure these days a lot of people are reading this just for Fuscia and Criminy.

Just when you think this comic is all about silly gags, it sucker-punches you with a tearjerker.

But it may follow with a the Crowning Moment for Criminy.

He needs Slick to trip up again and open a new chasm.

So... a week of Crim, interspersed with Squig?

Medinoc got it right. I'd call that a Crowning Moment of Awesome, all right.

He did leave Fuchsia behind, though. Frowny face.

Although she didn't really try too hard to find Crim and seemed to be smiling when he got out.

"Punch it, forky"?

Be interesting to see what happens to Crim and Foosh now.

Will there be a new pet for 'Lil too from all this?

Slick's got his laptop, Crim' his book, and pretty much everyone else has one.

'nique doesn't need her own, she's got Squig.

Has the comic ever gotten this meta before?

I love it when Tatsuya gets philosophical, even if it is a little explicit.

Though one could argue that there are LOTS of hellholes in the Reality Zone...

The far side

It would be awesome if the Far Side parody/homage went on for a few strips.

It seems a bit more likely that it'll quickly jump through a variety of other comics for him to be lost in.

Hmm... looking back on the past week, and wow. In the past few days, the comic has gotten extremely if not unprecedentedly meta.

I fear for the word "meta". It seems like it's the next thing that people'll slap as a label on anything.

Well, this week is going in a different direction. Probably an end to Squig's journey.
