Statistically, Shizune is actually the hardest. If you chose randomly at each choice, she is the least likely option. Of course, people obviously don't chose randomly.

Here are the exact stats in case you were wondering.

• Kenji: 50.5% (4654/9216)
• Emi: 21.0% (1933/9216)
• Rin: 15.3% (1410/9216)
• Hanako 4.6% (424/9126)
• Lily 4.6% (424/9126)
• Shizune 4.0% (371/9216)

Huh. I have to wonder if that list is skewed by Shizune and Lily's showdown; note that there's a more than 10% difference between Rin and Hanako, the next highest. (Hanako's path only branches off from Lily's at the very end, so they're essentially the same for my purposes in this post). Whichever girl you go against is immediately locked for you; I'm sure that has a major bearing on it.

I'm impressed. How did you get those numbers?

I used the flowchart that shows the effects of all the choices.

And it is definitely skewed by the showdown. For Shizune and Lily/Hanako, there's a 50% chance right there of being locked out. In fact, the chances of all three put together is less than for Rin alone.

Ahem. One thing I do have to say is that the devs, though decent guys, seem rather uptight about fanwork given that they're releasing the game for free. I'm glad they haven't cracked down on any of the good writers in the forum, but comparing fanwriters to people who trace artwork isn't something that sits well with me.
