I forget that we can just tweet them...
I'm a critical person but I'm a nice guy when you get to know me. Now, I should be writing. Not saying it's the main reason, but the artstyle changes probably have a notable effect on Flemeth's design.
I'd say there's a preeeeeeeetty good chance that there's at least one of them around, considering the fact that there's already a ritual to make them in the first place.
Umbran Climax◊How is a baby an Old God if it's a baby?
Babies tend to be kinda new
Oh really when? It's a baby with the soul of an Old God in it... Or, at least, the soul of the archdemon(that everyone believes is a tainted Old God)...
How many years have passed between the end of Origins and the beginning of Inquisition?
God Baby should be a God Teen by now, right?
Umbran Climax◊Ten years at the very least. Possibly more?
"It's so hard to be humble, knowing how great I am."Somewhere between 7 and 10.
Thing is probably Joffery with super powers.
According to the timeline at the Dragon Age website, the Blight ended 9:31, and it's 9:40/41 at present(it's not clear. The last date is 9:40 though, with Cassandra arriving in Kirkwall, the Circles disbanding, and Celene going missing)...
So that means 10 years, tops, as the age of the child...

I doubt that the Old God baby will be Joffrey-like. The soul is uncorrupted now since the Warden killed it.
That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.And I can't imagine Morrigan putting up with a Joffrey.
Yeah, she just gonna do away or abandon the soul of an old god. She can just find another one. Maybe one is just hanging out on the imperial highway.
That thing is probably the most valuable thing anyone can ever own in the DA universe, she'd put up with anything to have that.
Um. I assumed Morrigan would keep him locked in a room and barely alive until she got around to stealing his body.
I doubt that she'll want to emulate Flemeth like that.
And I think kingtiger meant "put up with" as in "she'd smack his shit down so hard he'd go into the Deep Roads".

That is the face of a man who just ate a kitten. Raw.Why wouldn't she emulate Flemeth like that? She respects Flemeth. She has Flemeth's guide to stealing bodies. She has an Old God Baby. And once she takes over his body, she could just shapeshift back to her old body.
How would that make a kid less like Joffery, King Baratheon beat Circe and Joffery like they owed him money (irony). Some of the biggest jerks in fiction were slapped around. It doesn't make them less of jerks.

Yeah, pretty much.
Because, for all of Morrigan's protestations to heartlessness/Social Darwinism, I was never convinced she had the necessary ruthlessness to follow up on it. Sure, she'd cheerfully walk away from people in need, but I never got the sense that she would really leap to inflict that harm on others.
But (and it feels weird to say this) I feel like Morrigan would make a better mother than Cersei.

First off, we don't really know what the child will even be in all truth, so we're all probably approaching this all wrong. It may not even be something that Morrigan can raise per se. It may retain it's old consciousness from before it was tainted for all we know. Hell it could be an asshole and be the one responsible for the demon invasion to begin with. I just wanted to say that first.
Now back to the earlier point, Cersei wasn't a bad mother, she was a bad person. That's all there is too it.
As for that whole "Feeling" thing, well your gut might be off ,because she tells you to kill a dozen elves to expand your life, she tells you to purge the circle two examples of actually doing harm to other people for the sake of her own power, and that's what just I remember.
Mmm, true. I suppose the "scared little girl" backstory she has might be coloring me perceptions.
And Cersei is kind of a crappy mother; not in the abusive sense, but she's really not doing a good job.
You'll get no arguments here. If you're a horrible person there is likely a limit to how good of a mother you can be.

They've been pretty clear that the OGB isn't going to be a central plot point in any of the games, since there's no guarantee it'll exist. It's one thing to tweak whether or not you killed Leilana, overriding the Ultimate Sacrifice choice is a whole 'nother thing.

I hope the dragons are like the ones in Baldur's Gate II, where you really had to prepare and have a plan, and even then you were in for the fight of your life.
I don't feel like Morrigan would be abusive to the Old God!Child. Either out of wanting to be a legitimate mother (There really feels like there is something seriously changed in her in Witch Hunt, but I could be wrong), the Warden would rather she wasn't (though, since we're no longer in control...???), or simply because it would be a reflection of her relationship with her own mother; The Old God!Child growing up with such abuse and eventually betraying Morrigan because of it.
I think Morrigan would be smart enough to know that she shouldn't show the Old God!Child any reason to later betray her.
About the Child being... Not even a Teen yet, I can think of a few ways of aging them up. The first thought was that whatever is beyond the Eluvian is where time passes differently, so having a teenager would be possible.
Considering it was such a massive choice in Origins... How would you guys feel about an entire mission arc being changed for another depending on if the kid exists or not.
Like... "In order to defeat Flemeth, we need... to give *insert God Child here* the power to defeat her." contrasted to "We don't have anything to defeat Flemeth. We need to go to 'x' to try and hope for something with enough power to defeat her."
It doesn't need to branch to entirely different plots, but it would be a rather dramatic change compared to the usual ME and DA changes.
I mean... You have issues with the end choice. On one hand, it needs to be there because the game is all about choices, but you run into import choices. You either ignore it since there's the possibility it doesn't exist so you have to come up with some way to get around that, or you recognize it, but have to make two different 'paths' that are different enough to justify the choice.
Personally, I would like to see the choices getting more dramatic changes as we move on, but I'm not sure it would work considering ME's history.
However, I am up for an entire mission Arc being exchanged for another depending on the Old God!Child choice.
Though, I can think of a few ideas on how to completely axe the plotline too...

I always assumed it was more of her theatrics
She wanted the Warden to see her as a crazy old woman (at first) and Hawke to see her as a powerful Maleficar.
