It definitely seems to imply that it allows both, which isn't too surprising for a page dating to 2008.

It may be worthy to take it to TRS.

I think I'll start on the wick check (which would be useful for this thread at least even if it doesn't go to TRS) once I finish the one I'm working on for Amazing Freaking Grace.

I once brought this up somewhere (can't remember which thread) proposing to split canon and fanon examples, since one is YMMV and the other is not. Nothing came of it though.

I was looking through Unequal Pairing and found that the page itself was a bit of a hodgepodge between canon relationships with a power imbalance and Fan Preferred Couples with power imbalances (and occasionally complaining about them being Squick.) Thing is, when reading the page, with regards to franchises I'm not familiar with, the fact that these are all lumped together makes it hard to tell what's actually canon and what's just a popular ship fic pairing. Is the trope supposed to be for canon ships only? If it's not, shouldn't canon and fanon be separated into two different sections?
(Even if it doesn't end up needing a trip through TRS, I might do a wick check on this anyway to see what the off-page wicks of this trope are looking like.)
