Monkey 8971 tried to cast his vote for the Monkey Council elections, but the voting machine turned into a Killer Robot that ate him.

Monkeys 8970, 8969 and 8968 all died of shock at witnessing the voting machine do that

8967 tried to wrestle the voting machine to avenge the death of his brethren. The voting machine then swallowed him like 8971 from earlier.

8966 was bumped off a cliff.

Nos. 8961 to 8965 followed their fallen brother down the cliff and the results...as expected: They get W.A.S.T.E.D. Wasted (in the context of GTA).

8960 couldn't deal with the guilt of killing 8966 anymore and jumps off a very tall building while listening to My Time by bo en for some reason.

Monkey 8959 gets a job as the cover art for a Talking Heads album cover. Unfortunately, part of the deal is that the art consumes his essence, trapping him in the painting forever.
