Yeah, I'll be interested to see how they interact in this volume considering Katie had to have a good cry in volume 10 after figuring out Oliver and Nanao slept together. Not to mention other weirdness in volumes 9-10, vis-a-vis the Sword Roses having to contemplate how to rein Katie's recklessness in after she communed with the god of Uranischegar, to the point of putting getting her pregnant on the table in the hopes having a child to worry about might hold her back a bit.

Got through episode 9 in the Recaps. Also, a Japanese speaker on the Nanatsuma wiki discord translated the short story "Encore"
that comes with the Japanese Blu-ray box. It's a really sweet coda to year 1, and I'm glad that the magic queer club is continuing on despite Carlos's death.
It's always been an interesting creative choice to my mind to simultaneously make mundane queerness pretty normal among mages but at the same time heavily queer-code Sex Magic.

If I'm sure of something it's that I'm not sure of anything.
Yeah, that was a really good short story. Honestly, it's a shame it's not included in book 3.
It's been fun.
