Are role play blogs on Tumblr allowed to be recommended on a Fanfic Recs page?

I apologize if this isn't the right place to ask, by the way. I was just wondering if recommending a role play blog on Tumblr, with characters interacting with the audience and other such characters through asks and the like, would be allowed? It's still technically a fanfic, as it has an overarching story just with more audience participation, but I just wanted to make sure before I accidentally broke any rules.

We have plenty of Character Blog pages on TVT, so they can be troped. I don't see why just recommending one would run afoul of any rules.
