What about when a creator is much more associated with one than the other? Clarice Lispector was born in Ukraine, but she emmigrated to Brazil as a young child and thus all of her literature is culturally and historically much more relevant to Brazil.

So, conclusion: I put him in Argentine Media

So, I created a page for the voice actor Sebastián Llapur, but I'm not sure whether to put him in Argentine Media (where he was born and currently voice-acts since 2020) or Mexican Media (where he made most of his VA career)
Which should I put him in?
