Up to level 22. Still haven't unlocked Caverns of Corruption, but I have unlocked two other ways to grind. Surprisingly little requires stamina

I've been using Trailblazer, March, Dan, and Serval. I have Bronya, but she only really seems useful for boss fights, and I'm already having difficulty keeping four characters that're more versatile up to snuff

Pretty much my setup as well, though in my case I keep Serval around mostly because someone using a guitar to summon eletricity is sick as heck.

And also brings back memories of Devil May Cry 3.

Just a heads up because I didn't know this but you can exchange Starlight and Embers for Warp material. Did some more pulls and got Yanqing as my 5 star from the welcome banner as well as Sushang.

Currently doing sideques5t because I need to be Trailblazer level 14 and I'm currently level 12. Really enjoying the plot so far.

I liked Genshin a lot but so far impressions of this have failed to wow me yet. I can't really explain it but it feels more generic somehow?

I'm not saying Genshin is high art or anything, and I'm unfamiliar with any other Hokai titles. But the art and characters just feel more "yep, that's anime" somehow.

I guess I'll just wait and see. Really don't have the capacity for another massive openworld game right now.

Goddammit… I realized the game had logged me on the Asian server, so I had to start over on the European one. =.=" With Natasha instead of Hook this time. Oh well.

I love the fact that some of the dialogue options are clearly meant to give a rise out of your allies, especially March 7th who will stare at you mouth agape.

The object interactions in the city are… something. I never thought I’d be so fascinated with freaking garbage cans. Or that you’d get a reward for hiding in a closet to scare off hotel employees. Who’s the narrator anyway.

Oh, I got myself a Bronya by the way. It actually feels weird to have both Bronya and Bronie in the same story lol.

Okay, THAT'S funny. If you talk to Herta and Asta and get the green light from them, you can choose to stay. Gives you a bad ending, a fake credits roll, and then throws you back to the title screen. Loading back in sets you at that point again, but the choice you made is now gone. Really shows how the devs really play JRPGs.

Dialogue is also fairly unapologetic in taking potshots. Herta deciding to call her mini-universe simulation the "Metaverse"? Both of your options are snarky to varying degrees:

Not to mention one of the lore bits on the various Aeons/Factions straight up pulling a Rickroll on you.

There are 3 moods you can respond with, hotblooded, supportive and spacey. You get achievements for responding with each a set number of times

Man is the first arc long. I played through the mines and Rivet and we still haven't left the first planet. I need to do sidequest to raise my Trailblazer level before I can continue. If we couldn't teleport I'd probably be more annoyed at how much time we spend on this one planet. Hopefully future planets won't take as long though. Still, I'm loving Bronya's charater development and storyline even though I don't have a copy of her myself.

I'm unsure whether I want to kiss him passionately or strangle him at this point. Or whether or not I want him to stop talking. The way he talks reminds me of Crowley from twisted wonderland.

Well, my first Echo of War was a victory... with everyone dead except March 7, who had 99 HP. I think she's one of the best characters in the game?

The Tier-list my gacha obsessed friends shared with me put her in S-Tier with the main arguments being

• her shield is strong, apparently characters with shielding greater than 30% of their max HP get increased priority for targeting
• her counterattacks are free dmg which also regenerate energy
• her ultimate is an AOE freeze which doesn't require enemies to have their weakness broken to apply
• her E6 also turns her into a healer
