Lack of live-action examples in Most Writers are Adults

Why are there so very little examples of preteen and single-digit-aged children in the live-action folders for Most Writers Are Adults? All the examples in Live-Action TV are about teenagers and all the examples in Live-Action Films are about 12-year-olds or preteens nearing their teens.

Are you sure there aren't any non-teen examples that haven't been added yet? Is it really that hard for live-action producers to get a young child actor to act and talk like a tiny adult without messing up their lines repeatedly?

Is it really only possible if the child is being played by a chronological adult or teen who looks childlike due to a growth disorder (e.g. Emmanuel Lewis on Webster)?

Yes. Never Work with Children or Animals.

It isn't as though this is some kind of deficiency that needs to be made up for, either, though? I'm confused by why you think something must be missing. Plenty of tropes are better suited for one medium rather than another.

The trope has a surprisingly low number of on-page examples to begin with. Not getting OP'S concern about the actors. This is a writing trope.
