It's because a closing index tag ([[/index]]) was placed two bullets above so Myth.Norse Mythology one bullet above would not be included on the index. I added another set of index tags around your example; it works now.
Also locking as this isn't really a short term projects question.

Hi, I recently put a new work page I created in Neil Gaiman's Creator page, but it won't show up in the index. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
