At some point the courtroom gimmick in the trope description was extended into the example list. Back in 2011 this was raised at Trope Repair Shop and the conclusion was that the gimmick was fine as long as there wasn't any first-person writing. Times have changed, though, and when the topic was revisited more recently in Ask The Tropers opinions were less positive. Is it better now to limit it to the description?
