Submitted my 21st attack this year.

I did it, I did more attacks than I did last year (20). Let's keep going!

I'm on there as TheEnforcer. Team Werewolf, which isn't quite my personal vibe, but it works.^note as a Popular Monster reference if nothing else. I have some human and anthro-snake OCs. Feel free to attack me if you like; this is my first year attempting to meaningfully do it. I signed up last year, but depression happened and I ended up not doing anything. I'll attempt to revenge any attacks I get.

How's y'all ArtFights going so far?

I'm 25 Attacks strong and I got 9 Defenses! (10 if you count that mass attack that included one of my OCs, but I wasn't the main recipient, so the site didn't count it as a Defense towards me).

I've done 51 attacks and have gotten 20 defenses so far. Almost done with my bookmark backlog.

I have made... no attacks yet. Neither have I received any.

Oh well, I think I should only draw after next week when my tests are done.
Even though my finals are in August.

I've already made 21 attacks this year. Given I try to do at least one attack a day (and I'm doing pretty well at following through on that so far), I can see why I'm off to a good start.

I've also been getting more revenges/defenses than I did last year, so that's cool!

(If anyone's interested, I'm peptodismal on Art Fight - I draw a lot of Funny Animals and other anthropomorphic characters.)

I'm in a similar boat! Got 32 attacks so far and I'd been trying to do 3-5 attacks every day, although there was a day I only did 2 (do to having to attend a late 4th of July fireworks show) and a day or two where I did more than 5 attacks.

I also got a lot more defenses this year than last year, so that's nice!

I finished my "Bookmark Backlog" attacks so I'm now just scrolling recent characters/attacks for cool stuff.

Going to try to do something when I get back home on the 12th. I already got a half shaded character ready, just need to finish up the shading and then finish the other simply one.

Nearly halfway through the month, how's everyone doing?

I'm doing good, but by the looks of it, I'm slowing down quite a bit.

I'm only about to draw my first attack today lol. This has been a very occupying month.

Same. I've been utterly wiped out the past two weeks, but today I had to test whether my phone got repaired properly and that got me in the art groove~

Too bad I got interrupted by roleplay. Oh well, I'll finish afterward.

Man, how are you guys so fast at drawing lol, i've been drawing since the second it started and i still only have made 18 attacks ;-;

Oof, but I suggest doing more simpler drawings, especially of characters with simpler designs, in-between more complex drawings, so you can pump out more attacks.

I also try to do 3-5 attacks per day, so there's that as well. And ofc, don't forget to take the occasional break to avoid burnout.

Maybe i'll try making more chibi-esque drawings, i'll be fine as long as they look cute.

I hope that one day I will be possessed by the art spirit that causes you to draw quickly.

With everything that has been going on with the team behind artfight rn, do you guys think they will get their shit together or do you think this will be last artfight? (I really want it to be the former)

We have to imagine that even if the current thing-called-Artfight ceases to exist, someone will make a new competition where people get split into teams and then draw at each other.

We will call it "Drawingstrife"

When it comes to Artfight alternatives, Featured Character is the only one I've heard of that I also haven't heard about having any drama of their own.

So, rather than wait for next year, I'm gonna take the leap of faith across the cliff even for a latecomer like me; this is my first post on Artfight. How is it?
