The year is 2693, it has been at least 5 centuries since humanity began exploring the universe and terraforming the worlds around the Core. The Inner Worlds have governed humanity during this time with the Alliance Powers.
The Alliance is a formation of the numerous core system governments and corporations, formed into a governing body given order by the Council, they determine the next steps humanity undertakes as it claims the galaxy for itself.
There are 142 worlds currently terraformed, with the last 53 out on the frontier. Frontier Worlds that have not yet accepted the rule of the Alliance and seek out their own governing powers, uprisings are common. Greater powers within the Alliance often send out fleets to bring these frontier worlds under heel.
The Frontier Worlds have repurposed the exosuits of a company called Olympus Robotics and turned them into weapons of war, Olympians they are called. The designs are easily modified and seeking to maintain a monopoly, Olympus Robotics has joined with the creators of the Drift Engine to create dedicated models. New Wars have broken out thanks to the advances made.

This is a narrative Titanfall inspired RP, the players of which are corporate mercs working for the merger known as Olympus Impulse. You are not plucky underdogs, you are rather the people sent to squash them. You could call this a semi-evil RP, but if it goes well that may change.
You are free to make your own homeworld, be from Earth, and even designate what a certain model of Olympian mech does. About the only major setting rules are this.
Driftspace cannot be weaponized
Shield generation needs power generation that can only go as small as an Olympian mech
Any sign of aliens are in ancient ruins and temples, and alien creatures
Pilot
Name: Who are they?
Age: No teenagers please, though with current medical technology you can go way older
Pronouns: What do they identify by?
Appearance: Pictures allowed
Personality: What are they like and what are they after?
Backstory: Where do they come from?
Skills: List any notable skills or implants and cybernetics here, transhumanism is pretty common.
Common Loadout: What weapons do they carry on them, what does their pilot helmet look like, do they carry anything other than weapons?
Other: Anything you can think of that needs notation not specified here?
Olympian
Model: Zeus (Energy weapon specialization), Apollo (Firepower and resistance), Hercules (Heavy weapons), etc. What god are they named after and what is their specialization?
Name: What does your pilot call their mech?
Appearance: What does the mech look like? Pictures accepted.
Automatic Intelligence: All Olympians have a simple AI meant to continue basic tasks without the pilot, some may carry more advanced Automatic Intelligences capable of independent reasoning. Does your mech have that? If so, what traits of personality does it have?
Modifications: What modifications has the mech undergone?
Weapons: What is it outfitted with?
Other: Anything else the GM needs to know?
