Had a look at the video and it is indeed flashing far too rapidly.
Requesting moderator action for problematic videos is done in the video moderation requsts
thread on the FAQ board. I can go take care of that for you.
For some reason, the "report" button is actually a form for feedback on the video player. That's not... an indicative name for that function.
I don't actually have any Bumblebee icons, I just think the nickname is funny.

Couldn't figure out how to report this otherwise (the video feedback function doesn't seem to work), but there's this Dragonball Z video on Rapid-Fire "No!" that is very straining on the eyes with its rapid flashes. I'm halfway to puketown right now, so I don't consider it okay that this plays automatically and on loop, and even is there at all. I'm sure it was uploaded with good intent, but it might be better to delete it.
