Should Fena: Pirate Princess be moved from Anime to Western Animation?

I hope this is the right forum for this

While an anime production, created by Production IG with a Japanese voice cast and an English Dub, it's airing in North America First (now), and Japan not until October, 2021. Currently, its in Fena: Pirate Princess in the Anime subgroup

I'm asking, because Lupin III The Italian Adventure is in the Western Animation subgroup, with this comment:

The show is also notable for airing in Italy before its Japanese debut note Hence this is under "Western Animation" according to the wiki rules despite being an anime production

Shouldn't the same apply to Fena?
