You can either
- put in a request here here
for it to be changed to the proper capitalization and wait.
- add the page to the cutlist (make sure to explain the reason), wait for it to be cut, and then recreate the page with proper capitalization.
Whichever you choose, do not submit a custom title for the page until it's fixed, or the custom title will be stuck with the improper capitalization.
