Entitled Bastard is meant for be for a Jerkass character who mistreats heroes and yet expects them to drop everything and help them anyway, but so far, the norm is that it's used for a standard jerk character who just thinks they're entitled to do or have whatever they want even if they've done nothing to actually deserve it.
The solution that comes to mind in this is expanding it so that it doesn't only apply to jerks who expect the heroes to save them no matter what.
