In any case, I feel like this is a very obvious case of Don't Shoot the Message. The point he is trying to make is a very valid one, anti-blackness is a problem in the fandom (see: the dozens of replies and quote-retweets across this guy's posts on the matter spouting racial slurs^note Some of which I've never even seen before, who the hell even says something that ends in -oid unless they're like super racist), but if you're going to make an informative video, out-of-context clips from streamers who don't even speak fluent English don't exactly make you look credible. It certainly got everyone's attention, which was most likely the point, but not the right kind of attention.

@Proglottid: People have been seething about Calli's success before she debuted. Most, if not all the time, it's lazy jackasses who want her fame but without any of the work and/or pre-debut V Tweeters whose opinions only belong in the garbage bin.

Also, if this guy was remotely serious, he would have brought up this video instead of the low hanging fruit from Hololive.

r/Nijisanji is now restricted for posting, on top of purging all non-official posts up to two months back. This even includes the official monthly "A Glimpse of Nijisanji" and shills.

How likely is it to potent a closure of that sub?

Depends. If they went too far like the Daniel Larson and King Cobra JFS subs did (both regularly sent death threats and other rule breaking shenanigans), then I can see it getting purged. Frankly though, I don't see it getting purged unless they start sending death threats to the V Tubers themselves.

The only other Nijisanji platforms on reddit I know are the ones sharing NSFW and kurosanji. If those are the only places on Reddit fans can talk about the group, good or negative, then Niji might as well delete the subreddit together
