Apparently found out Elira plans to debut in bilibili soon like vox

I dunno... that just makes me sad.

They're both getting absolutely abysmal views and revenue on Youtube, and Elira in particular is still bleeding subscribers. Running to Bilibili is such a desperate move, and it's only a matter of time til they do something there that turns the Chinese audience against them, too

i dont even know Elira had a presence on bilibili beforehand. I think Vox built a bilibili viewerbase beforehand to make it work for him

I don't think she does so it's more like running for the hills at this point

Pretty sure Enna quickly disregarded whatever special PR lessons upper management gave her, because the antis are clearly living rent free in her mind. Sure, the negativity surrounding Nijisanji in the wake of the black stream is infectious and tiring, along with a large amount of trolls thriving on drama, but did you seriously have to bluntly call them "mentally ill"?

The absolute irony of Enna pointing out that her every move is being watched by critics, then dropping this piece of ammunition for them.

That lack of PR training is really showing. I really wonder if Elira's private relationship with other niji members especially the ones mentioned in the black vid soured badly since she essentially claimed responsibility for the black vid with "I volunteered"

Elira has to move the clique narrative and making her the face of the response has pretty much poisoned the well

At this point, Elira's best option is to get out of streaming entirely and get a regular job. People hate her too much for streaming to be viable going forward

I don't think she did even a tenth of the things people claim she did, but as the only girl in the black stream^note This is what matters, not her volunteering. The people that're the maddest just don't care about the dudes one way or the other. See Vox getting maybe a quarter of Elira's hate, and people forgetting about Ike entirely, despite him pretty obviously being the only one there by choice she became easy to villainize, while being much more accessible than Tazumi

nah man Elira is the type to take people down off the ladder to make herself number one, especially with how much collabs she got over her gen mates which is petty baffling as she was no were near the numbers of Pomu yet got nine collabs over Pomu's two, and got stuff that would have been Selen's personal dream sponsor or sponsors's that fit with Selen more like a gaming PC and mouse that went to other's in the company.

Elira is definitely a favourite of management. Selen was very much not. But there's not really evidence that Elira orchestrated the latter

If a company doesn't like you there are two reasons for that: one you pissed them off do to your actions, or two you pissed someone off enough to smear you and with how much collabs she's got over her gen mates gives me the impression that she has the company by the ear alongside with how popular Selen was thanks to her pro gaming abilities that were never cashed in by anycolor which makes the decisions to terminate her even more baffling in hindsight.

Like yes there is clear favoritism and someone having just pure contempt for Doki

It's just, the fact that Elira went radio silent immediately after the termination makes me think she was upset about it. And there's the whole thing with her PL twitter. There are other explanations, but I think the simplest one is just that Elira genuinely wasn't trying to hurt Selen

In general, the more I've been learning about what's going on NijiEN, the more things point to the bulk of the problem being the management rather than the talent. Not the case on the JP side, though!

Wait, what specifically debunked some Niji members being part managers even in spirit? Not that Im a hardcore believer of this idea but what specifically debunked it?

Raziel's document had the brief discussion of how Aster was being a problem. Specifically including that Elira was talking to Luca to try to deal with it. If Elira had actual management powers she could have just punished Aster outright instead of needing to get help from other talents. And as far as I know Aster is still a problem

that just tell me she does have pseudo management as she and others have to regulate talents when they step out of line and also proves that management will do the bare minimum or are overworked do to their job.

Look I get why the clique theory has appeal

It gives you a villain to hate and root for thier downfall in a manner more satisfying then a bunch of suits at a table

I feel like the main reason the clique theory hasn't died yet is pretty much the black stream where Elira literally-namedropped Enna and Millie (basically giving new ammunition to what some people were already believing).

Though I'm not quite sure she does actually get more hate than Vox does - if anything, the difference seems to be that Elira doesn't really have a way out audience-wise, while Vox has cultivated a horribly parasocial fanbase that'll stick with him no matter what.

Heck, a lot of the vitriol aimed at Vox is because people view his fanbase as akin to a cult, from what I've seen.
