Technically, yes, you can. However, creating IP threads solely for the purpose of suggesting something that you like better than what's currently on a page is discouraged. The suggested replacement pic needs to be a concrete improvement in illustrating/demonstrating the trope. Otherwise, even if the thread is opened for discussion, it's likely to be seen as no better than the current ("lateral change") or worse.
