Batman's thing is being Crazy-Prepared and pragmatic in the lieu of superpowers. The DCAU made it out that he funded the Watchtower and their other activities. Without him around, presumably, their infrastructure would collapse somewhat.
In one episode of Justice League the league apparently turns into a bunch of dictators without The Flash around.

Admittedly, the back of my mind questions this move, but I guess it's so she doesn't accidentally set an example of knuckling down and submitting to the video game industry's dudebro side.
At this point, I got half a mind to force some change over there. Because when the writer of your new upcoming game actively asks to be uncredited, you KNOW you're f*cking up.

I just thought, does this line-up actually have a chance against the League? Like if the League of this game is the classic 7 then that means Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman, & either Cyborg or Martian Manhunter.
And the games Squad is apparently Deadshot, Harley, Diablo, Captain Boomerang, King Shark, Enchantress, & Cheetah. And thats on the assumption that its just those guys the entire game & no one gets replaced due to death.
Thats at least 3 badass normals [though Boomerang is a Flash villain & 4 actually superpowered beings. At the very least 2 are already League level threats, Enchantress & Cheetah, especially Cheetah who's Wonder Woman's nemesis. So its all very much dependent on how much of a power boost Diablo & Shark get especially since Shark is generally on the lower end of metahumans.

With enough preparation the only trouble I see them really having are against Wonder Woman (she has no kryptonite), Lantern (his abilities are too versatile) and arguably Martian Manhunter (if not for Diablo being present).
Everybody else can be nuked, countered, or poisoned.
Gameplay-wise, I wonder how a fight with The Flash would even work.

How can King Shark be on the lower end of metahumans? He's a shark with legs. And aren't sharks, y'know, apex predators?
Oh shoot. What if they have a permadeath mode? I mean, on one hand, it fits how most if not all missions end up becoming suicidal, but gameplay-wise, it can drive someone mad...

Because he’s just a general bruiser. He has low to mid super strength, around the level of say Killer Croc & is even not particularly bright at that.
About any of the League can easily punch him out & out think him.

There is always an issue is that anyone you can coerce with an Explosive Leash will limit the power level of the squad. They aren't going to intimidate the likes of Lobo, Reverse Flash or Sinestro.

They once tried that with Zodd with an implanted Kryptonite bomb but he literally heat beamed it out of his cranium.
Only made it one mission before he tore out the implant, it was a complete disaster.

His appearance in the Assault on Arkham film & Harley Quinn cartoon does sorta lend to that.

Watching the "Dear Rocksteady." video and while the sound quality is low, it hits home. I wonder if other analysts will bring her up in future presentations and reviews.
