Fan Hated Characters Are Neurodivergent

They're behaviors alienate the neurotypical majority, but cause great residence in children and strike a chord in fellow neurodivergent: Like myself.

• Scrappy: An Innocent Prodigy who can't quite pick up on others.
• My sister's watching Star Wars and noticing Jar Jar kept a high position but has the social exuberance as a child. Like how many neurodivergent are brilliant in their preferred field but crash and burn in casual interacting. I think that people who didn't catch on found it patronizing and disconcerting to see an otherwise functional adult acting off, while Scrappy could be written off as a child acting out [And though that carried its own weight].

And since Jar Jar was a fictional character with no immediate consequences of speaking against, well...

There's many cases of a Base-Breaking Character who probably is too.
