If we're going for complete realism, a LOT of issues.
Monarch:Insects can't really breathe at that size, and I'm fairly certain you'd need far larger wings to fly in any form or at least hollow bones.
Slaying Mantis:Same issue with Monarch, insects can't breathe at that size. Beyond that, everything is mostly alright.
Kraken:Naturally the water-breathing means they must be in water for the majority of the time. Squids and cephalopods in general have no bones to speak of so there's the issue of mobility on land.
Manticore:Once again, the wing issue. Bats are relatively small animals, you'd need wings large enough or bones light enough to enable reliable flight.
Barracude:Gills, as with the issue with Kraken. Also, Barracuda rely on fast bursts of swimming speed to hunt, taking chunks off their prey depending on the size.

- Captain Crit, the King of KilljoysKinda defeats the purpose of having wings if they have a jetpack don't it? Beyond that though, it ultimately depends on what the setting of your work is like.
