Fake Windows crash ads.

Okay, so in all my years of using this site I've always been pleased with how secure it is. Ads are irrelevant at times, but that was about it. In the past couple of months however I've been getting whole page popups that like to claim that my Windows has a critical error. As far as I know all my antivirus and anti-malwares are up to date, so I figured something was up with the site. Anyone else been having stuff like this?
