Okay, I've read the official translations on Mangadex and found the full leaks for 304 on imgur, so here's the final fates of everyone it seems.
- The Fire Force has officially disbanded now that Pyrokinetics are no longer a thing, and instead, the Hero Force has been established, with Obi now it's General Commander, Hinawa as his second in command, Beni as the Supreme Combat Commander, and Konro as his second in command. Their mission now is killing the monsters that run rampant around the world, and exploring the new world that exists outside of Tokyo. So basically they're the Survey Corps now. Licht, Vulcan, Karim, and Li are all members too, while Shinra, Arthur, Ogun, and Excalibur form the advance scouts.
- While Pyrokinetics are gone now, apparently people with powerful Souls are now even stronger, with Obi able to tear apart the Earth with a single hand.
- Shinra meanwhile has been playing a game of cat and mouse with Inca, Inca apparently causing trouble just so Shinra will keep chasing after her. And she apparently wants his babies. I'm not joking. Everyone has pretty much accepted that Inca has fallen in love with Shinra.
- Ogun mentions they gotta get Hinawa back home otherwise Maki and her dad will be livid, implying Maki and Hinawa are now a couple.
- Excalibur is apparently exactly like Arthur, chuuni tendencies and all. And considering the ending coming up, all his "12th Century" bull is likely just him being a chuuni.
- Tamaki and Takeru have retired now, and begun dating.
- Rekka's decided to go globetrotting to see what the new world holds in store.
- Kuro has become a school teacher now, with Sho and Nataku being his students.
- Iris and Hibana are assumedly also retired now, with Hibana settling for being Shinra's Number 1 Fan, and is needling Iris to make a move on Shinra before someone else does.
- Dragon is indeed an actual dragon again.
- Maki and Lisa are shown to be clothes shopping together.
- Burns and Joker are now hanging out.
- Hibachi is leading another festival in Asakusa with Hikage and Hinata on his shoulders.
- Haumea and Charon are enjoying a now peaceful life.
- Shinra, now 42, seems to be the new General Commander of the Hero Force, with who I believe is Sho acting as his second in command.
- Working directly under him now are Arthur... and Inca.
- Lord Death has now taken on his more iconic form, and has given birth to Death the Kid.
- A young Black Star is shown doing Kata, meaning this is likely after the purge of the Star Clan.
- A young Soul Evans is shown.
- And a young Spirit and Mrs. Albarn are shown reading a book about the Great Cataclysm to their young daughter Maka.
- NEXT IS SOUL WORLD
From what I understand the word son that is used could mean multiple kids, and those two at the end are much younger than 42 year old Shinra. Though I wouldnβt be surprised if Shinra finally succeeded in tricking Arthur into sleeping with the baby crazy Inca and then raised the kid.

(Comically over-the-top reaction set aside: if Soul Eater is getting revisited, I wonder if it means we're getting a new anime, this time telling the complete story of the manga a la the recent Fruits Basket and Shaman King animes. Last I checked, Soul Eater's initial anime had to do some filler and the ending was a bit...let's say divisive?)

I mean... its not like the ending to Soul Eater is ANY better in the manga.
If anything, the fact Ohkubo seems to be continuing the series now means the manga ending is slightly better, in the sense that it being open ended like can be seen as a Sequel Hook that will be address in the third series.

It occurs to me that since Shinra created Lord Death, he is technically Death the Kid's and Kishin Asura's grandfather.
BTW, we now know the origins of several of Soul Eater's Great Old Ones. Lord Death was created by Shinra. Excalibur was a sword that inherited its wielder Arthur's spirit. Kishin Asura's madness was likely in part due to the Evangelist's influence.
But what about Eibon? Is there anything in Fire Force that hints at where Eibon came from?

Evangeist was erased by Shinra. Since Death made Asura, it leaves it likely he came into contact with a new incarnation of her at some point. Since the form she takes at the end is the three eyes of Kishin, and whatever set him off and lead him to eat his weapon.
Since all Religions were a proxy set up by the Evangelist, and the whole Light= Sun motif going on. Itβs possible she incarnated into Asura due to the whole Amaterasu=Vairocana=Asura syncretism.
Nope. Nothing explains the rest of the Great Old Ones except Death, his kids, and Excalibur.

- Yep, Inca does indeed want Shinra's babies. Just his babies. While she's grateful for him giving her a new reason to live, she doesn't love him. She does however want to bring into the world something else she can love, a child, one with the genes of the hero who made the new world. So she really just wants him to be a sperm donor.
- Shinra, up to this point thinking she was in love with him, had been rejecting her since he "had Iris", so they had a Relationship Upgrade it seems. As a result, Inca has been acting as a "witch" and causing chaos in the hope Shinra will do it to get her to knock it off.
- Shinra tries to offer Arthur's seed for Inca, but she immediately rejects it since Arthur is a complete idiot. So she leaves to cause more chaos, but its made clear its nothing serious and that, all in all, Shinra and Inca are friends now.
- 25 years pass and Shinra, now 42, is the new Supreme Commander of the World Hero Force, Obi having stepped down to become the President of the World Hero Force.
- The guy with Shinra isn't Sho, just some rando, but he says Shinra's kid is now enlisted. It isn't clarified by who Shinra had this kid with, so it's unclear if he and Iris had a kid, or if Shinra relented and gave Inca what she wanted. The kid looks similar to Inca honestly, so maybe?
- Said kid is with someone who looks a lot like Arthur, so it's either Arthur, or Arthur found someone to have a son with him.
- In the distant future, so yes there was indeed a significant time gap, Lord Death is creating Death the Kid. He specifically said though that he designed Kid to look like the young man who saved the world: Shinra.
- I honestly don't see it. Kid frankly resembles Sho more than he does Shinra.
- We still don't get any idea of the fates of Mari, Arrow, Assault, or the still living White Clad.
