How is the existence of bald eagles a trope? This seems like People Sit On Chairs.

The current laconic is this "The use of Bald Eagles or their plumage for other raptors".
what is meant by “the use of bald eagles”?
There's probably room for a general trope on patriotic symbolism, but bald eagle imagery by itself is too narrow to be healthy, since most examples would be little more than, "There's a bald eagle here."

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"That laconic needs to change.
We can never truly eradicate the coronavirus, but we can suppress its threat like influenzaThe current Laconic suggests that it's trying to be an "All X Are Y" trope. In this case, perhaps All Eagles Are Bald, "An eagle or other large raptor is depicted as a bald eagle when it logically should not be."

Bigotry in the name of inclusion is still bigotry.Okay, but what does that mean? Like, a bird is said to be another species of eagle but is “played” by a bald eagle? Is that really so common?
I have no idea. I do know that "All X are Y" tropes in general tend to attract a lot of PSOC misuse from people who haven't bothered to read the trope description.
Bigotry in the name of inclusion is still bigotry. As I mention earlier I did place the proposed trope in the Trope Launch Pad, where several examples can be seen.
It’s literally just a list of all bald eagles in fiction. That’s People Sit On Chairs.
So here's the thing I've seen a lot of Bald Eagles; as well as other birds given the iconic look, in popular culture. Yet do not fall under the Eagleland trope since they have nothing to do with the US. Is there a possible new trope here? When I tried to make it most people just claimed that it's still Eagleland.
