These pages and their descriptions show that these are "'always'' bad, meaning that they all fall under Pet-Peeve Trope (but in a different way). Is it true that theyare always bad?

Tropes Are Not Bad doesn't really apply here because these describe reactions to a work or to a work's reception, not factual tropes that occur in a work.

It's true that Tropes Are Not Bad. Those are about people being bad (or less than pleasant, at any rate). That makes them bad by definition, unless you portray them in works (which wouldn't be straight examples anyway).
