Oof, they're looking all grown up, aren't they?

...I wonder if I should be watching any of those Dragons shows on Netflix. Or will I not be missing anything if I haven't watched them?

There's one, and you wouldn't miss anything if you saw the 2nd Movie.

Fishleg's Mustache is silly.

The show is pretty good but it slots in between the first two movies. There's...maybe an animated short after the second movie, but aside from that, there's nothing in the gap yet.

The shows bridge the gap between 1 and 2, so you wouldn't need to see anything to catch up.

Not that Dean DeBlois pays a whole lot of attention to it (the only thing that came from the show in 2 was Gobber's job as dragon dentist).

It'd be cool if the movie throwed a couple of more substantial nods this time. Maybe some show riders in the big fight scenes or what not.

The auxiliary Riders showing up as reinforcements for a single big battle or something would be fun. It’d be nice to see adult Gustav.

In any case, all the hype for HTTYD 3. Is it bad if I'm more excited about the fact that Hiccup got to keep his flaming sword rather than dumping it in the Bag of Spilling than I am for Sudden Obvious Love Interest Dragon?

Well they gotta repopulate the species!

With only two members, that's a doomed effort and you know it.

Maybe its an albino? Although albinos tend to have red eyes....

If they're gonna repopulate the species...wouldn't that basically be ripping off that Blue Sky movie Rio?

Also, with all the people making jokes about the poster looking like Despicable Me 3 (ugh...), I'm more puzzled why nobody's noticed it looks kind of similar to the poster to Cats and Dogs.

They won't repopulate their species with just two of them come on,they'll miraculously find a colony of their species somewhere and be like 'yay they're not extinct!"

On the whole red eyed albino thing, while pink eyes are quite common among albino creatures, blue eyes can also be present depending on the species, in fact your likely to find blue eyes on albino humans.

Thinking about it the new ground could be called Day Strike to go with opposite of Night Fury

I am aware of that. Most people aren't though so most albinos in media are generally given red eyes.

She could just be an species off shoot of a Night Fury, closely related but different in some ways. If they find her in the snowy mountains her looks would make a lot of sense.

Only if they're compatible on a species level,there's only one species of human but there's many different types of dragon

Some people think thd Hidden World is in the ocean, and that the Light Fury is an acuatic subspecies of the Night Fury.

Some see her design as inspired by Beluga whales. It's an interesting idea (though I just thouht she is meant to be an albino axolotl).

Yeah people are taking to calling the white dragon a Light Fury.

They're just doing that for the pun.
