I'd say a weak "keep until better image suggested", since it is an illustration of a very large and bulky stegosaurus with a disproportionately small head, suggesting a small brain (i.e. low intelligence) for a creature so large.
On the other hand, that "better image" might very well be 9.1, which is certainly a more precise illustration of the trope.
9 is certainly much clearer than current.

Can someone explain the meaning of 15? I don't get it.

It's riffing on an old Garfield strip which either showed the inside of Odie's head as an empty void with a "SPACE FOR RENT" sign or Garfield looking in his ear and saying as much...I can't remember for certain ATM. I was actually suggesting that concept for the image rather than the brain in the pic, and I'm not really certain that it works as a caption.
