I will admit I didn't think much of 25 initially as it looked too busy but it has grown on me and I quite like it now.

Most of these are really missing that inappropriate sexiness that comes with the outfits and are more berserker like which is a different trope.

^ That level of sexiness is not required for the trope. The basic formula is a battle suit that leaves vulnerable parts uncovered for fanservice reasons.
