Quite honestly it's not been the same since William M. Gaines died in 1992. It's hung on far longer than I would have expected, though.

I'd say that this qualifies as a comic. So does anyone read this? It recently relaunched with a new Number one. I might pick it up just for fun. Kind of surprised it's lasted so long, though I suppose as long as people do stupid things they'll always be a place for MAD. Love the classic issues more though (gotta love that Mort Drucker art).
