Where to list real life horse racing references for Uma Musume

Uma Musume is a horsegirl anime that is chock full of references to real life horce racing, and generally seems to follow real life 1998 season in a lot of detail. Across several forums people are discovering all those references and I think they should be summarized in one page. I would like to start the page with what I can get from the forums, and then invite the racing experts to edit it.

But what page do I start?

Should I make a Shout-Out subpage, and then put all this under a heading linked to Horse Racing ?
