The "Everyman" article needs some changes

I feel that the article on the "Everyman" trope is highly inaccurate and may need some rewriting. An everyman character isn't necessarily "bland" or a "blank slate". They're just more relatable to the audience since they deal with everyday problems. Peter Parker/Spider-man is an everyman, but who would honestly say he has no personality?

Even many everyman characters that may seem "boring" at first sight, I would argue they really aren't. For example, Doug Funnie represents the average pre-teen/teenager but in every episode he's always day dreaming and clearly has anxiety issues.Those certainly are identifiable personality traits.

It seems the popular definition of a "bland" character is one that is not wacky or brooding.
