It looks like Military on one side, Jail on the other. The uniforms move it away from JAFAAC. However, it doesn't include the idea of a choice. "Military prison" is a reasonable deduction given the image.
(Edit: when I looked at it in the image pickin' thread, I first wondered if it was from a movie about the "internment camps" America used during WWII.)

We've got enough consensus for the pic+caption, so they're up and tagged. Locking up.
I suggested this image for Trading Bars for Stripes in the Image Suggestion thread, but then it moved to a debate about JAFAAC and Not JAFAAC.
I don't think it is. Maybe it's a bit on the weak side, but I think there are more than enough visual elements of the trope on display here that a caption is allowed to support it to clarify exactly what is going on.
Thoughts?
