As far as I know, the only way to fix something like this is:
- Copy it to a sandbox.
- Send the original to the cutlist, describing the problem, and pointing to your sandbox, so the cutmasters know nothing will be lost.
- After it's cut, make a properly capitalized page with contents from your sandbox.
And, of course, don't forget to toss your sandbox on the cutlist once you're done.

We have Pages In Accidentally Miscapitalised Namespaces for this very issue.

Ymmv.Day 26 is miscapitalized, causing the site to think that it's an unindexed work page instead. However, I can't seem to fix it, because the properly capitalized form is reverting me to the improperly capitalized one.
