The lampshading by the onscreen text may be the closest we can get to show the gratuitousness of a sex scene. Better than nothing.

That doesn't show the "no relevance to the narrative" part of the Trope description though. It could if it was coupled with another image from the same scene but just before, to show that the sex scene doesn't make sense in context either and comes out of nowhere.
